First, you need to obtain 5 Seal Exchange Vouchers from PUS. You dismantle them by right-clicking because for this process, we will need 50 Seal Items in total
"Go to the Moradon Inn Hostess and select the 'Item Unbound' option."
In the opened window, place the accessory and the Seal Exchange scroll, then enter your Item Lock Password correctly to complete the process.
